Fourplex it is.. This looks to be getting traction and I think from the looks of it I'll be moving into one of the four two bedroom units in mid May :)

on an odd bit of serendipity the LLC that owns the unit is about 8 miles from my dad in California... hes probably going to stop in and say hello just to be social.

The house I was originally bidding to buy was a bit too damaged for the price..and most of the major systems i wanted tested couldnt BE tested for various reasons .. so I passed on it... If I'm still hunting when it comes up for bid again i may through another (much lower) bid at it..
