The same thing happened with my smallest brother and his allergies - he has all the big ones: dairy, wheat, egg, nuts, and etc...

Belle will survive, and if she's like my brother, she'll flourish. My brother won't eat anything he's allergic to anymore, maybe she'll be the same... :)
