I thought the same! I was happily freaking out when Sam almost kisses Martouf because that obviously meant she and Jack are so not together, thus Jack is obviously with Daniel, right? But then I read that restaurant bit and go all: "Hmmmm..."

I like gossip because it builds character bits, but it really shouldn't be Sam all the time. We needed that Janet bit where she mentioned Cassie, and Our!Daniel said that Cassie's now going to UCLA. How friggin' cool is that? Go Cassie! ((And it was kind of important that Cassie was living with Sam. *grr* Plot point that would have made things that happened to Sam last season a wee bit more complicated.))
With Martouf, I was actually thinking, "Dear Penthouse..." *snicker*
The blue stripe team was VERY military, and yeah, awesome sunglasses. Did you see how in the missing script they were throwing 'frell' around? I liked that part.
Yeah, that restaurant comment? I read that first as being Daniel/Cam's restaurant, too. *cackles* I like the fact that they have a restaurant. It's probably the one SG-1 pre-Cam went to after getting thrown out of and banned from O'Malley's.

Yeah that was really cute. *bg* So we could say that in that AU, his name isn't Cameron but John and he kept his mother's maiden name Crichton (*nods*). So John came back to Earth, was immediately transfered to their SGC, and got to lead SG1 due to his experience with aliens.

I also thought that black!Sam and black!Mitchel were dating actually after the exact scene Peter shot with a kiss. I excpected it. was bracing myself for it actually. *shudders* Don't want that.

I watched the ep again after reading the missing scenes and had a new appreciation for black!Mitchell/Daniel, lol.
