Argh, it's already March! Crap, I have so much to do! Oh well, I guess it's a good thing that I've got the next three days off. We'll just see how much actually gets done, though! xD

Also, I'm gonna preface this with: I don't actually like karaoke that much! It's just that we live literally about ten minutes down the road from the best karaoke bar

Aside from that, I am now writing a random crack!fic in which the Shinkengers go to a karaoke bar. Ryuu and Kotoha sing an ode to Tono-sama (really badly), Takeru twitches and leaves, a slightly drunk Genta stumbles after him, Chiaki is already passed-out drunk, and Mako is mothering him. And meanwhile, Jii is in the main karaoke room singing rock songs and the crowd is cheering him on. TOTALLY WRITING THAT.

~ If Jii has a guitar whilst doing this I will love you forever. It sounds really cute. I was miffed no one read my latest two drabbles, but oh well :////

Also I loved Delicious Gakuen. It's just a shame it got picked up by a crappy subbing group specially made for it which seemed to fizzle out at episode 5 or 6. Ryosuke Miura, Nissy, Atae, Aiba and Yuichi is like my dream cast for crack cookery.

Oh, Jii would totally have a guitar.

...or he'd be in the arcade next door playing Guitar Hero and totally beating Chiaki at it. xD

And as for DeliGaku, heck, I'd sub it *myself* but I really suck at spoken Japanese. Now, if there was a Japanese transcript of it or something, no problem (well, it'd take me over 9000 years to do it, but I'd still *do* it).

Oh me too - It's such a shame that series like that which fall under the umbrella of low budget dramas with not too many big names often don't get subbed. I was hoping someone from the AAA community might pick it up.

Delicious Gakuin is brilliant, and even with no subs you should try watching the rest of the series at some point because it really is briiiiiilliant. I love Nangou-senpai. I want to be his friend. :C

I haven't watched 24 of Double yet but ohhh preview images. I will watch it after 23 w/subs finished downloading.

I really need to watch Sukitomo for Aiba and the amazing that is Saitou Takumi, as well as watch Sweet Boys and Cafe Daikanyama II & III and finish Tadashii Ouji no Tsukurikata because I can neer get enough Renn. XD;

Also can I come to where you live and do karaoke with you that is amazing I wish we had something like that here. o:

Sukitomo is really cute. And it doesn't help that Aiba is frickin' adorable every time he's on screen. xD I had a heck of a time trying to find English subs for the Sweet Boys movie that Renn was in, though. I wonder if they even exist. oO

I think our karaoke bar is so awesome because there's a freakishly high percentage of middle-aged Japanese women that live around here and go sing folk ballads there every week. Seriously. We sang a couple of songs in Japanese while they were there and they bought us drinks. xD

Plus there's our crowd that gives them a ton of business too, and we sing a lot of songs from the Japanese and Korean books. So it's actually beneficial of them to update their Japanese and Korean sections (that or the management just really likes to) - the English section gets updates occasionally, and I don't think the Spanish section has *ever* gotten an update. *shrug*

I LOVE AKIKO, SHE IS HILARIOUS :D

Delicious Gakuen is amazing. ♥♥ I don't think the entire series has been subbed though, sadly.

I really do want to go to that karaoke bar at some point. I have no idea what I'd sing, I'd probably find something I know though, lol. I missed the Nashi group trip the last time, hoping there'll be another in the future.
