Well, Kim and I have seen the house. I have another set of roommates that want to come with us, my friends David and Sarah. Since we're getting the 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen on Jamison with the basement, attic and fenced back yard, I figured it would be okay and that's one more set of people to split costs with. Anyhow, I set July first as our tentative move in date, so we could get the house and all set up by the time you move in with Lena. We have to pay the deposit and the first month's rent up front, which is 1300 dollars. We split it four ways, it's 325 a piece. Kim just got a job, so she's got her and her boyfriend's part of the rent, Sarah and David will have theirs already and I've got mine next paycheck. I've got the 10 dollars for your application fee, and if you can give me a call at some point, we can fill out your application and I'll send it in with ours.
