I have a rice cooker. I have bento boxes on order. Anyone have any good recipes for either? =3 Also, is there a way to cook rice and make onigiri or something and have them last more than the day or so? Can they be put in the freezer/fridge to hold?

*does the happy rice cooker dance*

I don't know about onigiri, but fried rice and soup with rice are good for using up old rice.

You can also make some awesome cous-cous with the cooker. Throw in raisins and as;dkfjs;aldkfj.

*eyes you* I dunno what you're doing, but the rolls I've made before have always lasted a few days in the fridge without a problem, or at least as long as the seafood is good.
