This has been a fairly successful week. Wednesday, I was invited to give a lecture to 100 art major type kids on the whole Serrano-Mapplethorpe-NEA controversy, and it went really well. That's cool about the lecture and the possibility of a new class! Awesome!

And I really wish I could have seen the bunnies. We don't get those around here, and if ever there is a sighting people freak out way more than they did in Lansing. It's cute. The same holds true for chipmunks. You don't see them around here much, either.

Yeah, I love the wildlife around here. Squirrels walk right up and beg, there are rabbits, chipmunks, and ducks everywhere, plus that same night, a few Canadian geese flew really low over us. We could see their tummies really well and hear the sound made by the air as it was displaced by their wings.
