If you need someplace to work out and you're up early enough..
I work at Gold's Gym now at Delta Oaks next to Lynn's from 12am to 5am tues. morning through fri. morning and I could "hypothetically" let you use the gym for free... :)
but that's about all I have to offer for you right now, besides your amp and guitar and someone to hang out with if ever the desire comes up.

'summer's end anxiety'. doesn't have to be caused by summer but just 'long breaks of relaxation' in general. It's hard to change lazy habits; oh how i know ( ... )

actually, i owe my motivation and knowledge to a friend in england! who, as my sister says, has and accent that is to die for. and he does, lol. he even sent me a book with programmes and workouts. i've almost lost one whole stone! (apparently how the english describe weight) 15 stones = 200 lbs-ish

but yeah, being healthy and active is so much easier than it seems. just need the right tools.. of course, you know what i'm talkin about since you WORK at a gym!

btw, you ready for hittin the studies again? your working on your skills this year right? 2005-06 should prove to be quite a wild ride!
