today has been an emotional roller coaster. but more than that. it's as though I've fallen off the top of the coaster, plummeted to the ground and splattered on the cement which also has nails sticking out of it. i'm so frustrated right now

Most of the artists that I know, including me, are like that where they can't get anything out when they are frustrated. All that it ends up doing is making you more frustrated. Its a hard thing to find an outlet for. That is usually when I take a break from creative things until I've loosened back up and get into more passive outlets like reading.

Frustrating. Even though it may seem like you aren't accomplishing anything at the moment, I think you are. Always remember you working towarad a goal. (Many actually) And I'm sure by the time its all said and done you will have made a big impact on the world around you.
