OoOOO wow! So where are you doing your Americorps? Thats exciting. I've heard good & bad. I hope to hear more about your adventures. So brave Tana, just picking up and going. It doesnt make it easier to leave, but I know how you feel (not that I'm going to Americorps on Sunday...but the avoidance and the torture etc) Don't push away too hard, you still want them there in the end, but its completely natural.
I love how you put it "The thing I hate the most is the time between staying and going" its so romantic and realistic at the same time. i want you to write something with that as the theme. it sounds beautiful in this tortured way.
