Ceasar is easy. He is a guy and his personality isn't very compatible with Jak's. Not to say Jak doesn't respect smart guys, but Hugo's all about his brain so... that's what he's all about in Jak's head. Ranks somewhere on the 3-4 ladder because hey: he's not bad looking or anything. Just not good-looking.

Norma on the other hand... well, she reminds him of Daxter, his best friend and adventure-buddy. She's confident and brash, all qualities which he likes. And she's pretty darn cute. She ends up at 6 though, due to factors like her exuberance and petite build. Jak doesn't go for the young ones.

Vergil thinks you are both 1 or so. At the bottom of the ladder. Foolish girl and uninteresting stupid power-lacking strategist. Boo on you.

Jak would, if he knew Rin better, think she was totally hot. Strong lady who doesn't take shit is pretty much up his alley. As it is, she's just sorta pretty. 7.

Vergil doesn't care. Even if your hair is very shiny. Might acknowledge you as 'pretty' without attaching any meaning to the word whatsoever. 2, because he'd still ignore your existance.
