So My Diet hasnt been going to well. I guess you can say no surprise.. I think I took on something new at the wrong time. I had softball and drivers training. .. food just happened to be my relaxer. idk. I really need to turn 16 and get my license so I cant take that stress out in the gym. Haha, how cool is it to say your mom sells herbal medicines!

I've had the same thoughts too....though I know I'm really not fat (I know some people who are FAT, and it's not at all what I am!), I do want to shed all these fucking vanity pounds. I was surprised to find out I weigh 170 though...I thought it was more. My goal is 155. If I look like this now when I'm 170, I'm sure I'd look damn good at 155!

Drink a shit ton of water...feed your body to lose, don't starve it. (All starving does is caused your body to retain the fat it already has. I always do well with eating.....except when times happen when food rabdomly comes into play. Then I'm like "OOOOH! CHIPS!" and I eat. Can't wait for college, when I can completely control my calorie intake. Nothing but fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, dairy, and lean meats. Mmmm...........produce!
