Here's the bird.  He can fly, because we've seen him fly across the yard. Alas, he doesn't want to .  He just sits there and stares at us.  Last night he sat on the patio furniture and stared at us through the window.  Right now he's on the slide.  I went right up to him to take his picture.  He doesn't even act scared...and this concerns me.

i wonder what the little fella is up to. hope he's healthy and just a friendly bird.

I don't see him right now, so hopefully he's out doing *bird* things...and not staring down people or pets.
