I have only seen the commercial on the internet. The problem is PBS has to cover their asses from people that use the television as a baby sitter who ultimately whine about their horrible progeny being ruined.
PBS has to comply with their whining, because they won't get money and saying "Your children were ruined from the moment they were conceived" is not considered professional.
