A still shot series of the ordered sterility and an intrusion on the mindless consumers participating in purchasing what they "need" sounds fantastic.
Hang out at the Art Farm, tis my home and you will find people there who have little use for the art "scene" and the good ole boy network. There are visual, performance, and theatrical artists there. Find Dennis, he owns the place. Make yourself at home.

It's not easy for Artist in the south it seems I've noticed (I have yet to branch out myself like u and so many others) But what I've seen in my 15 yrs almost and whatnot living in Atl, the art scene is lacking (I've had many tell me that have been from Atl and branched to the west/and more east coast that is far better.
I think when I do get enough Art (worthy in a sense for a gallery and just enough, I will most likely not showcase it in Atl. or atleast try to make a living off of it there, rather branch out further and in places more Artist friendly (and not so Corporate Art inclined)
SC is even worse I have discovered.. God I hate the south...
Doing my best to get out of here, CA and OR are looking very apealing at this time..
I hear Portland OR is one of the better places for *alternative* Artist..
Have u been there?
