The supervisor at the diagnostic center finally got my application in yesterday. And this morning I was on the couch thinking and hoping they would even call. And sure enough, the phone rang. It was the diagnostic center and the lady asked me if i would come in monday at 10 AM for an interview. Of course I said I'd be there. I'm so happy I ( Read more... )

Congrats! You'll do fine on the interview, just be relaxed.

I bought some daytime Nyquil and it really helped the sneezing, coughing and stuffiness. Walmart's brand is like $2 and it works. Pair it with some allergy medicine and you'll be set.

Actually, as someone who is about to graduate and is searching for a real job, you can never look "too dressy" for an interview. Anything short of a prom dress is fair game. The more dressed up you are, the more seriously you'll be taken. In the job world, appearances (especially first impressions) count for a lot more than most people think.

If you're just working with the dress pants, I'd match it up with a solid top, preferably one with a collar. Prints are almost always bad.

Not to sound like a know it all, but they make you learn all of this stuff here before you graduate.
