I'm not gonna lie. I'm glad he's dead. I don't believe in Heaven or Hell in the 'common' sense but I'm glad that he can't directly hurt anybody before. Indirectly, though...
Like I said, and like Teal said. Hydra. Cut off the head, and a few more pop up. If we're lucky, we've got some time while the new heads argue amongst each other as to who becomes Big Boss. But...I've got little doubt that Osama's going to be made a martyr for his cause, and that is dangerous and deadly and we are going to see rebuttal for this, if it's true.
Please note I say 'if' not out of the idea of IT'S A CONSPIRACY, but more so that I acknowledge that propaganda can be a weapon. I want this very much to be true. I am recognizing the fact it may not be.
Moving on. We are going to see someone, somewhere, die for this. However, we are going to see someone, somewhere die ANYWAY through terrorism, so...I think that it's just an accepted consequence until Peace and HarmonyTM reign supreme. Don't have to like it, just have to know, we are not done yet.
So, to everyone who's taking this as a sign that the War is Over Let's Go Home, may I quote to you the Transformers Song no, not Touch? The battle's over but the war has just begun, and this way it will remain until the day when all are one, ect, ect, ect, I already said it so let's move on again.
It's also a certainty that this was not just Obama's work. I don't mean that in the troops or the agents or WHATEVER sense - I mean that George Bush, as much as I dislike him? I have to believe that he did a lot of the work. Not all the work, not most of the work, not less of the work, but a LOT of the work, fuck percentages that's not the point. The point is that even as we're making Obama Is Awesome jokes, can we please not forget that Bush did things, too?
This coming from someone who really, really doesn't like Bush. The fact is, he still did things. He tried his best. He failed, in my opinion, but that doesn't mean he did all of NOTHING or all of BAD.

Remember that A) We're not done and B) It wasn't just the CURRENT President.
