TONIGHT WE DINE ON TOFU. Or something. :B I really need to make a better effort at buying healthier stuff to bring for lunch when I'm at work. Not only is it unhealthy but I'm sick of fast food.
2nd break - eat an apple. There are so many different kinds with a lot of variation in flavours and they fill you up.
Also, milk, if you can (I can't remember if you're lactose intolerant).
Make your bagel whole wheat or multigrain, since they're actually not very healthy (bagels are really high on the glycemic index) and do jelly or jam with real peanut butter instead of cream cheese.
You would hate me as your child. I am a VERY very picky eater!
Apple + milk are good ideas, though; I was considering whole wheat bagel and/or the bread for my sammich, or that omega 3 people say is GOOD FOR YOU. As for jelly/jam, never been too much a fan of those - it's a texture thing.
If you had been raised by me, you wouldn't be a picky eater!
Good! And I understand about the texture thing - one of my kids will not eat jams but will eat jellies. It's fine, it was just a suggestion. Small steps in the right direction are much better and more sustainable than giant steps forward and then equally backward 'cause it's too hard.
Definitely gonna work on these baby steps. Better than nothink \o/ TBH, the last break has a ??? because I usually don't eat anything then; like I mentioned, I don't eat a lot, but.../SHRUG
