Vancouver was really great. Truely one of the most beautiful places I've seen. Nice people too. I met a college senior from Edmonton at the conference and he and his family took me out to Capone's for dinner and live music downtown, which was cool. As we were wandering around... Vancouver is great. Victoria is absolutely spectactular as well. It doesn't sound like you were able to make it over to the island, but if you ever go back, try to see Victoria. I loved it when I was there for a couple of weeks last spring. Definitely a great place to visit.
