you contribute more to home items than you suppose. yes, even more than delicious muffins and a toaster... that's just how it is.

and: being your own new friend all the time is exhausting like having houseguests, but at least it's better than always being the same old person. this is how i comfort myself. but i continue to be perplexed by how i could ever take care of a kid; i can barely even keep myself clean and fed!
