Yeah Lilith is aaaaallll about The Hair(TM), man. XD The way it's normally styled is kinda in a dreadlocked fashion with ribbons wrapped around the fat locks and some beadwork through throughout... best way to explain it: Quite FFX Shiva-like. XD Which is funny since I got a friend of mine to cosplay the character once and every fanboy thought she was some sort of alternate version of Shiva from some new FF game. XD
