INTRO
We're back for another round of ArtSlam here I year number 6! This June sign ups will be open until midnight on Saturday 31st May GMT so that everyone has plenty time to prepare their project for the next month -- or two, or three!
The Regular Stuff
As with last year, I am modding at this end (As Feather_Dancer) with cbwebb being a wonderful helper minion. Due to the grand annoyance of Livejournal and passwords it's better not to message the ArtSlam mods account as there is a risk things will get missed!
The Tumblr version of ArtSlam is also go for their Sign Ups today! cbwebb and sendingauron are two of the people helping process things over there while I help clear things through the queues if anything gets snagged or help out where I can.
If you ever get stuck, you can always send an ask using the little envelope at the top though you will need a Tumblr account to do so :) They will alert everyone who mods the ArtSlam account so one of us will get it!
THE SIGN UP STUFF
As stated above, sign ups for this month aka Easy/Medium/Hard mode will be until the May 31st. In order to sign up, please fill out the form below and toss it up as a comment. If livejournal is acting up, please send a message to my account Feather_Dancer or leave a comment and I'll see if I can kick it into gear!
I will then get to making any new tags required so they will be ready to go :)

Goal at ArtSlam signup: Insert difficulty rating here: Hard (3 Months), Medium (2 Months), Easy (1 Month). You can change this towards the end of June or July if you like. One concept == one challenge, so switching means you'll be doing two or three different challenges.

GENERAL ABOUT ARTSLAM
ArtSlam runs from June 1st to August 31st, providing a summer-long challenge that is simple on the surface: draw something every day. For this community, we prefer that you pick a concept and stick with it for at least one month. If you have a world that you want to explore with art, or a set of characters, this is a great place to do it! If you're shaky with perspective, background art, anatomy, or just really want to draw 30 pandas, you can hone your focus that-a-way, too.
What constitutes 'a drawing a day'? A sketch works -- preferably one where we can see what you're trying to communicate. Finishing an image takes more time, so noticeable progress on a single piece works, too.
Thanks for having me back as the overlord of power at this end and I hope whichever form of ArtSlam you use this year or even if you're just following you enjoy! We've come a long way since it started in 2009, much like my art from it 2009 has some scary scary stuff man :)
