Day 2 of Asylum - Well I got a smidge more than an hour
Slowly getting back into the swing of things. I'm quite slow in general so while Springwatch is on (THERE IS A TAWNY OWL CHICK AND IT IS ADORABLE) which is an hour live of British wildlife so kinda must watch for me, I'm getting just over an hour drawing time Monday - Thursday which is a bit of a shock after spending past couple of months where I could draw 4 hours straight but hey what can you do. Chicks are everywhere it's worth it.

As you've probably already grasped I am really REALLY bad at people so simple mashy things take me ages and with little time at the moment I'm leaning towards more getting my confidence up with faces being boring before worrying about other things. With Red Ribbons being only two pages in I've not had the non facial anatomy improvement kick yet but it'll come! :)
So had another crack at Echo today and that was the result. As I can't ink to save my life and without the time to use colour to fix my lines like I normally do it's a very messy result but hey! Still better than yesterday.
Nother very quick thing. Chimera pets are very popular in this verse to the point of silly. Athena is one of the biiig producers of them and their cat bug line is incredibly popular. Personally it's not insect enough for me but Bumble Cats work better commercially if they're essentially multi legged cats with wings so what do I know. I went with Bumble Cat as thats about the ONLY bug cat design I didn't doodle today. Even a woodlouse cat for no real reason and a properly done damselfly cat showed up.
Tomorrow will be bad for time so we'll see what I can manage!
