I am sure there are many of you out there who do care about this matter at all. However, I think we all should. I feel like Politics in our country are very important. I think thats Biblical. We should keep up. Especially us young people, because it does matter, whether you think so or not. Even if you aren't old enough to vote, I challege

i dont really have a say on who won..but i think they both had their strong points and their weaknesses..to me, Kerry has been in politics and knows how to tell the people what they want when they want it..he acts very professional..which can be good and bad..i would rather see someone like Bush,he did get upset and i think that he's a little more like the people i enteract with everyday, emotional and simple. he kept his answers to the point and told what he thought..which can also be good and bad..granade, some people like the "vibe" that Kerry put off..b/c they see him as well kept and experienced..to me, its the other way around, i see Kerry as just simply being in politics so long that he just knows what's going on, when Bush has been around it all his life, but never really been messing with it.. Bush is someone who i can understand and look up to as a role model and a president..of course, i respect him all the more for standing up for God..he gave the nation something to fall back on after 9-11..im just not sure about Kerry

Hey there. I just wanted to let you know that was a very respectable answer. I completely agree with everything you said. Kerry did hold himself better in the debate, no doubt. However, I believe Bush is more down to earth like the people and I think its awesome that we can have a "real" person as president and not someone that has been molded by the brilliant mind of the political science genius

hrm, i'm understanding your point, and like you i think bush is (somewhat) respectable. kerry on the other hand would be my choice if i was old enough to vote. i think in the debate he cleared up why he voted to give bush the power to go to war. i think thats a big misconception. Kerry voted to give him the choice, and bush said that he would go on 'last resort' and as everyone knows he sent our troops right on over. its been a long time since he said "mission accomplished" and we are still over there, trying to build a democracy in absolute chaos. he went without a plan for democracy. kerry voted the way he did because he knew something had to be done with terriorism. but why if i may ask are we now in iraq? it just doesn't make since to me. and while bush gives the "down to earth, country boy" approach to everything, thats how he wins votes..and he knows it. its a political strategy.
i will vote for the person, although i share 99.9% of my views with the democratic party.

i agree that some ppl would vote republican or democrat strictly based on the party and though i'm not old enough to vote i enjoy to watch the debates on tv and keeping up with things ...... in my opion .. morally i agree with george bush but i guess legally or politically in the way they would handle certian things (like finacially and stuff) with the country i have to go with kerry. if i were old enough to vote i'd be up the creek with out a paddle because i am torn inbetween the two candidates.
