I think the general layout of things so far is good! I like the idea of two weekly mod-posts, expecially the REC Sundays.

I think right now what we wanna focus on is getting more peeps in an more activity... I've finally motivated myself to draw again and I hope to post this week...

Glad to hear you like the regular modposts! I figured it would be a good idea to have something solid, even if the rec/wip posts aren't always used.

Not going to lie, that really is our biggest problem. We're still very small and activity is difficult to kick up so if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to do that we're all ears!

I like the comm so far. It's just sort of tiny, which is reasonable since it's sort of new. I think all we need is to get more people to join and post.

That is really the core of the matter here: activity and member count. There's a lot more we could be doing with this community but if there's barely anyone around to participate then we're sort of screwed.

Do you have any ideas on how to shake some life into it, besides advertizing?
