Of course there are weaknesses. A perfect closed room cannot exist. There is always some sort of trick.

I understand this...however there are those who do not realize such a thing, and I only wish to give hope to those who have lost it in any way.

...Personally, I believe that what you are doing is vital. If there is no hope, there is no motivation.

I believe so as well. It is important to rally troops and keep morale as high as possible.

It is also very important to continue to give soldiers something to occupy their time.

...I do not lead soldiers, however. A certain person here seems to have such a thing handled quite well.

Nothing, really. We only know that Mayfield may not be as isolated as it seems. And our captors may not be the absolute power.

Hmmm, so if another group were to try and take over Mayfield, that would be our chance?

It is a possibility. Rather, our opportunity would present itself if another force were to start a war with our original captors.

Through the chaos of such a situation it would likely give us an opportunity to strike.

So we just wait for another enemy to attack the town, and just sneak out of here...the end? Could we just easily sneak back home like that?

Not so much something like that.

It will probably have to come to us attacking both parties and taking control. We will likely have to kill a great many people in order to seize control.

[Saber nearly loses her footing as she spins around, having to stop herself just short of sending the business end of her sword into whatever ran into her purely out of reflex.]

[After seeing what ran into her, she isn't sure that was a good idea or not.]

[Draws back, startled. She's bristling a little bit, but only in defense.]

[After seeing the wolf isn't going to attack, Saber relaxes her defensive stance...but only in appearance.]
