I can't believe I missed the bridge blowing up. Apparently it shook the mirror in Farron's Dad's place as he was shaving, he cussed out loud at the bang. He lives in Crystal.

UFOs are just that, UFOs. I hate it when people identify UFOs as something, cuz then they ain't UFOs anymore!

I picked up Confessions of an Alien Hunter at MiniCon after listening to Seth Shostak talk at several panels. It's fun listening to/reading reasons for why it's so incredibly improbable that Earth has been in the past, or will be at any time soon, visited by aliens. Or rather, it's fun hearing stories of him trying to explain that to true believers.

Sounds like a blast, those are all examples of the reasons I love the west. Unfortunately I've never seen a baby bear or a bull moose in any of my mountain adventures... At least I have experienced the close-encounter with an owl.
