So, upon closer inspection, there is no law against full frontal nudity on broadcast television between the hours of 10pm and 6am local time.

That first criteria covers inspiring lustfull thoughts, which nudity often succedes at.

I find it disgusting that there's nothing in there covering violence. By those standards the FCC would be fine with networks airing the videos that inspired the Supreme Court case in your last post.

I think you mean that first criterion. Also, the word "and" means that all three are necessary.
