Who is Harvey Pekar?

I got to meet Harvey, sort of.
He was at the Ohio Valley Book Fair.
He did a little hour or so long song and dance, telling his story and whatnot.
He had a question/answer session and I asked a couple of questions.
Others asked things too.
I liked my questions best.
