I came across something a few minutes ago in a new community I joined on here & thought I would share it with you guys.

Apparently, some one has invented a female condom that prevents rape. LJ post about it. The article.I've always said that I wish my vagina had teeth--I guess dreams really do come true

It's been posted about a bunch of times. It's not even likely to stop the rape, since technically you have to already be getting raped for it to do anything, just more likely to just make them beat the shit out of whoever they're raping when they find that stuck to them. Great.

Better idea : weapons and defense classes for until rape becomes uncommon and not socially tolerated.
