Madness is in the air

Today i had a rare chance to look deeply into my bosses' eyes. Not my immediate boss, but my bosse's boss. And yes they are blue. And wide - this is the feeling of space you can get. But...but there is also a very deep and totally intense glare of madness inside...we gazed one at another, while talking, and the souls had a chance, fromboth sides,

Let me try again. I wasn't very clear. I would rather have the bosses boss upset with me because I wasn't scared than have the insane portion of the bosses personality think that I was scared. I think that the madness would become aggressive then.

I cant answer to the other reply, but yes, definitely yes. He gets very agressive with most employees, and that is what i cant tolerate much of, however it sounds...
