What are these plants that are hanging around everywhere?

They're nice to look at just...I don't remember there being any around here since I've arrived...Is this a curse?

What could be so bad about hanging plants...?

*Alphonse steps away from the person who bumped him and sees that it's a pretty gal. He blushes slightly and bows in apology*

A-Ah! I'm so sorry! Are you alright?

I must not have been paying attention to where I was going...

*he looks up and notices the mistletoe. suddenly he's overcome by a strange urge that is taking control of his body. Before he can understand what's going on, he leans in and kisses the girl lightly on the lips. He pulls away, blushing and takes another step back, looking horrified at what he's done*

Mistletoe. It's tradition in some countries for two people to kiss when they find themselves standing beneath it at this time of year.

[Yuki's wandering aimlessly around the square, when he spots Alphonse, and with a smile, heads towards him.]

Hello, Alphonse.

Don't worry, I don't know what these things are doing around here, either.

*Alphonse turned at hearing his name. He has heard that voice before but...he couldn't quite place the voice to the face in his mind. He saw that it was in fact, a familiar face. A warm smile*

Oh, Yuki! How are you?

*Happy to see a smiling face that he was at least familiar with, he completely forgot about the mistletoe that lurked around the city. He began to walk towards Yuki and then, knowing that there was mistletoe near them, he felt that urge again, the same thing he had felt earlier with Machi. Suddenly and without warning, he walked up to Yuki and kissed him right on the lips*

[This time it had been surprising. This had happened a few times before, but he had always had a few seconds warning. It seemed like only a second passed before Al was kissing him. A second's hesitation before he kissed back.]

*Even more shocked and horrified that he had let himself be controlled by the curse once more, he pulled away, a deep crimson lighting his face up. He looked back at Yuki, apology apparent in his eyes as he stuttered.*

A-ah! Y-Yuki! I'm really sorry! I didn't mean--! The curse! I-I...

*He could hear his heart pounding in his chest. How mortifying.*
