There's been a mixup...

What we were planning was to raise walls of earth about 100 feet away from the Hospital on all sides. I would reinforce the walls with steel and then alchemize Potassium Hydroxide, a volatile and corrosive base, to the outside of the walls away from the Hospital.

If the Invaders came too close to the ( Read more... )

I can do a barrier, but not by myself. The hospital's too big for me to shield alone.

Harry might be able to do it.

That would help a lot! Anything will help. We just have to make sure all of the hospital is protected...

Not to point out flaws in the exploding-walls plan but...are you sure you can do that kind of thing without setting our forces on fire too?

O-oh! The walls themselves won't be exploding! That's why they're being reinforced with steel...

It's to prevent as much of the explosion as possible from reaching anywhere within the limits of the walls.

The hospital?

You've got Elaine warding the place from within, I don't think there's much she can't handle if she's informed about it. How strong is the explosion likely to be?

Strong enough to at the very least blow out the glass windows if the building isn't protected...

That's fine but...extra protection never hurt.

Was this run by anyone in strategy before going ahead?

I'll make sure Elaine's aware. She probably wasn't expecting to be dealing with explosions but I'm pretty sure she can.

Heh...a-actually...it wasn't...I didn't know it had to be...

As long as there's enough protection, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I believe that Elaine is warding the hospital. As far as I know she should be able to prevent the shock wave from damaging the hospital, but you should check with her first.

I'll do that. Thank you.

Great. And the idea with the barrier and the acid was a good idea.

Ah, so you came up with the idea for the hospital barricades.

Um...s-sortof...

It was my idea to reinforce them with steel and the Potassium Hydroxide. It was to make the walls useful offensively as well...

It's alright lad, there are a few in this Resistance that are too use to protocols from our respective home worlds.

Turning a defense into an offense is a sound idea.

I've got others with me, Heinkel. I'll be okay!

Be careful.
