Fitness nattering.

After five days of upperbody, abdominal, and lower leg weightlifting (shovel sand; lift bag; swing bag to next person in line) today was lovely- 30 minutes/3.25 miles on the treadmill, 50 minutes/16miles on the bike. And a hot shower after.
