Western world abuses this from the back to the front just to say Russia is the worst country you can know in the world.
This Cold War shit - does anybody ask how much of a bad shape huge events of this kind are in, if they take place in a country of Western world's friends?
Never.

They don't care if a few Nepalese will die for a World Cup in the desert.
