Gun question

I have a relative...by marriage...who is seriously stupid. How stupid you ask...dumb dumb had daddy buy him a gun..not only a gun but a glock WITH a carry permit...now said stupid cousin says "I have a carry permit for PA but it is alright for NY as well" I question this to hubby who assures me that despite I feeling a bit odd saying that I think

Less concerned about whether it's legal than I am about a stupid person carrying a gun at all. But call 311, they can look up anything or put you through to someone who can.
