Last day working from home, I think - but, a beautiful day to hike the loop trail in Discovery Park. Hardly any walkers out enjoying the afternoon sun - but plenty of skiers and even a couple with snowshoes.

What a beautiful park! And it is within walking distance of your house?

Yes, Discovery Park is perhaps .25 mile from our front door -- truly one of the best things about our house (and something we were utterly unaware of when we made the offer). It's gigantic - with a 2.8 mile loop trail, lighthouse, shoreline, and beautiful scenery and serenity.

That is amazing. I'd love to have something like that nearby. We have thousands of square miles of woods to hike in, but not much water. I would love to be near the water.
