Ran into a lovely Rikku whilst in the bathroom, putting on my costume make-up. :)
I didn't learn until much later who this was - apparently Hollow Ichigo from Death Note. (I personally just think it looks like complete and utter badassery.)

These guys won one of the judges' picks at the costume contest. I don't really know much about the show, but I do enjoy the very cartoonish style of their costumes.
