I need a recommendation for a (computer) printer

It's pretty much just for school stuff, i.e. text and not photos. All I really care about are reasonably-priced cartridges and all the normal quality stuff one normally cares about when purchasing an expensive hardware item.

Any thoughts?

suggest a cheap HP laser jet. Find one that you allows you to print just with black ink if you want, not using the color cartridge.
