Warning: This does contain a poly-relationship meaning that there are four people involved in a sexual relationship. Considering that three of them are male that also means that there is slash.
Other than being Rangers, there was little that the four had in common. Conner was a jock, Ethan was a computer geek. Kira loved to sing, all of the boys were tone deaf. Trent was adopted and rich, the others had their birth parents and were comfortably well-off. Kira was a girl, the others were boys. Conner was impulsive, the others tended to think things out a bit more. Trent used to be evil, the others were always good. As hard as she tried, Kira could not figure out how they’d ended up so desperate for each other when they didn’t have anything in common.
She gently smoothed back Conner’s hair as he rested against her and moved Ethan’s arm slightly so he’d be more comfortable resting against her legs. Trent’s stomach moved her head up and down as she laid there thinking about it. Eventually, they’d have to tell someone about it. They’d managed to find an abandoned building to do this in, a discarded mattress slightly more comfortable than the floor, but it was hard enough having to lie to their parents about monster attacks without having to come up with other lies when they were having sex. To make matters worse, Doctor Oliver had called them into battle more than once during a climax. She wasn’t sure how Ethan had managed to answer so calmly while Conner was kissing his neck, but their mentor had never questioned them on it.
She loved moments like these, where she could just sit back and look at her boys. It had been Conner and Ethan first, which Kira insisted was because they’d had issues they needed to work out. After a while, they’d carefully brought Kira in. Neither one had wanted to offend her, but they had pushed and asked if she’d come with. They insisted that it wasn’t feeling right without her. Kira had soon agreed, though she insisted that it was a fair three-way relationship and not a one time thing. The boys had quickly agreed, insisting that was what they had wanted in the first place. The three had been content with that, but then Trent had turned good. While Ethan had wanted to bring the White Ranger in soon after, Conner had wanted to wait causing a slight rift. Kira had chosen Ethan’s side, but they weren’t willing to do anything unless it was unanimous. Eventually, with a little coaxing, they’d managed to convince the Red Ranger and later Trent. Their team wasn’t the only thing that was complete at that point.
To make matters even more complicated, her lovers seemed to change once they reached the bedroom after they were comfortable with each other. Confident and cocky Conner was more than a bit of an attention whore. She’d become convinced that he hadn’t gotten good at soccer for any other reason than the attention. He was easily jealous if no one was paying attention to him. Fortunately, the other three found it rather amusing. Trent, unlike the quiet, shy boy that was their White Ranger, was dominating in bed. He was a little rough, enjoyed Conner’s attention seeking, and constantly wanted to try new things. Ethan wasn’t suave, but he definitely was accommodating out of the three. He was gentle and in charge with Conner, submissive for Trent, and allowed Kira to lead as she enjoyed.
While her lovers might disagree, Kira didn’t think that she’d changed too much in the bedroom. She wasn’t pushed around, she had her own opinions, and she pushed to be heard. She remained the same other than being more affectionate physically and emotionally.
She was glad that they had the time together, even if they had had to find an unusual place for it. She looked around again and felt Ethan’s hand squeeze against her leg. She glanced over at him. “Get some sleep, Kira,” he said gently.
She felt her eyes droop and realized that Ethan had read her like a book. “What if Doctor O calls?”
“I’ll answer,” Ethan told her. “Or Trent will.”
She felt a hand brush through her hair and looked over to see Trent smiling at her. She wasn’t sure if they’d both stay awake or if one would take over, but she was tired and they’d already gotten their sleep. Other than being Rangers, they had little in common, but in Kira’s book, it was better that way.
