Surprisingly, pretty far. I've discovered more about myself this year - always fun - and made new friends. I'm developing my writing (kinda) and reading a lot of cool stuff (mostly on LJ). It may not be the New Year yet, but I'm another year older and another year colder (to kind-of-sort-of paraphrase Cobra Starship).
