wow that is so random!

the best car feature ever was in my 95 celica. it had an adjustable switch for the wipers, like a dimmer switch, so you could get all those in between speeds. the wipers i have now have a setting for extremely slow and very fast and very very fast so it's annoying sometimes when you have not quite that much rain for your wipers to be that manic, but just enough that you can't see on the slow settings. i'm wondering if car manufacturers actually drive cars and actually know what road conditions are like.

My car's got some weird things as well. Apparently, my wipers are tied to my accelerator pedal as well. They're slower when I'm stopped, and speed up as the car speeds up, and today was much needed, since it was pouring buckets here. Although unless I want it constant when I'm moving, I've gotta set mine for something below half speed.

By far the coolest thing in my car is the 7" touchscreen that my iPod ties in to though. That, and the DVD playing rock on the road trips...
