My daddy always told me that when I die if I have more true friends than I can count on a single hand I would die a truly blessed person. I never understood this in high school, but when my best friend from high school carried over into a 17 year relationship I knew exactly what that meant.

Excluding my family, mainly my sister, I have one true friend and she has been my one true friend so as long as I can remember. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have experienced with even one person who is not my family.
