Ugh, why bother? Just leave the cooking to someone else! I'd rather eat something that's actually edible and not charred black, thanks.

Hmph. Leaving it to Anise or Guy all the time is simply not fair. Jade and Tear's cooking is acceptable as well. If a servant, a Fon Master Gaurdian, and two soldiers can cook, why can't I?
It's not like your cooking is exactly wonderous. You could spend some of your time trying to learn a thing or two.

Haven't you even tried your own food?! If you're going to talk about what's fair and not fair, try eating a little bit your own stuff sometime. Really, it doesn't surprise me that even Thing wouldn't eat that... thing you called dinner earlier.

Why should I? That's a servant's job, not mine! I have better things to learn, anyway. Like how to pull off something like that cool move Master Van did that one time...

Yes, I have, and that is why I'm frustrated with it. I understand that it's not very good, so I want to improve. Have you ever tried eating what you call a 'meal'? It's no better than mine.

Have you ever thought that perhaps a servant will not always be there? If Guy were not on this journey, you wouldn't have anyone to wait on you hand and foot. At times I feel bad for Guy. I just want you to be prepared, Luke. I'm sure that poor servant girl, Tear I believe it was, had to cook for you when you were out of the manor.
