Well then Thanksgiving is coming up and well, once again not really anything to look forward to. Usually you would think that a holiday is something you share with everyone you love. As someone who hasn't read the books I find the whole 'Potter' phenomenon to be completely without base. The movies were so inferior to so many other fantasy movies that don't get the recognition they deserve. I sincerely regret the time I spent watching these movies when I could have read a REAL fantasy novel. Not trying to bash the books but the movies suck. And I refuse to read the books because the movies make them seem way too childish for my tastes.

I'm down with that Tiger! Figuring at this date many would feel the same as you. I unfortunately spent many hours reading the first four books, I wont say that it was a complete waste of time, cause the books were fairly good, but right now im not willing to read #'s 5, 6, and 7.
