My freakishly large apocolypse stock of garbanzo beans I bought when I thought we were having a hurricane is finally exhausted. I don't understand why I am on this ocd hummus and flatbread kick.

Hummus to me is a High Summer food, when it's too Hot for anything else;>...

In the bathtub of history the truth is harder to hold than the soap and much more difficult to find.

I still am not totally acclimated to Florida. Its rare I can have hot coffee in the morning. I eat a lot less hot food/drink since moving here, like I used to love soup now I almost never have it.

I've really developed a Seasonal menu since living here, and not just what's being Harvested! Salty in Winter, Spicy in SUmmer. Hot Tea in Winter, Water and/or soda in Summer.Steamed and grilled foods in Summer, Stir-fry in Winter. As you may have noticed, we really do only have two seasons in Florida, Winter and Summer, with a week of moderate weathe at the ends to keep them from bumping into each other...
Cheers,
Pat
