I think I've only seen him in that movie/series he was in with Billie Piper and I don't really remember much of it. I've seen a few hints of what I'd consider good acting from him, I just didn't see it in that scene/episode. I don't think he's a bad actor, he's just not an excellent actor (yet).

Sally Lockheart was the one :) Haven't seen Secret Diary, the critics are quite mixed for that one.
