We take our motivation were we get it. Most important thing is that we have it. It's strange in some way, but it's really nearly all in the mind. If you think you can do it, if you want to do it, you most likely can do it!

I wish I had the time to exercise again as well, but at the moment it's absolutely impossible. *sigh*
Apart from that I would probably faint due to a heatstroke outside. Yesterday we had 36°C outside. I've been here for such a long time, but I'm sure that it has NEVER been SO hot in early June before. :(

I jog in the evenings right now, so it's cooler than during the day. But if temperatures really go up like that I might have to switch to early morning as it's coolest then...
I always have a bottle of water with me to rehydrate as I'm a notoriously bad drinker anyway. On running days I make myself drink at least two glasses of water in the hours before, a small bottle during and another glass of water after.
It's only 30min, so "not having the time" rarely counts as excuse :)

Und seit dem Stalkerproblem und der Tatsache, dass mein Fahrrad gestohlen wurde, fühle ich mich auch nicht mehr sicher nachts draußen.
Im Moment habe ich nicht mal 30 Min. über. Hätte ich die, müsste ich sie in all die anderen Dinge stecken, die schon längst erledigt sein sollten. Ist halt nicht so einfach.
Ich hab ja Sport gemacht, als ich noch mehr Zeit hatte. Es ist momentan einfach nicht drin. Zumindest nicht regelmäßig. Und wenn man es nicht regelmäßig macht / machen kann, macht es keinen Sinn.
