just made a business call to Japan to ask for an appointment and you're done and your heart rate is through the roof and it just doesn't go down... I had no idea I was so scared of making calls... WTF self?

I totally agree. But they only give their phone number, so I had to call them. Thankfully they've emailed me now so I can email them back.

On the other side it was nice to speak/hear Japanese again. I had no idea I missed it so much. And I'm surprised I still understood so much. I only struggled towards the end.

Pretty important, yes. Only it wasn't my first call, but the first in a long time :D
