Why can't it be legal to kill incompitent people?

We have assigned computers in my computer class. Today someone was at my computer during our 15 minute break. I told her that it was my assigned computer during class. She got off, and I got on. A few minutes later, one of her friends sat down at the computer next to me and started bitching at me about kicking her friend off. I wanted to deck her.

if you get thrown in jail, it'll make my attending your wedding really hard. Besides, people are stupid, yes. They will eventually get weeded out by Darwinism.

I like to think that it's illeagal to kill dumb people because Fate has a much better and quite nastier plan for them. ^_^ I mean really, would we laugh at someone who just got shot in the face? Or would we take greater satisfaction, knowing that when they robbed the bank, they shot themselves in the crotch? XD
